We hope you love everything you buy from poshkicks.ru.If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Unfortunately, designer shoes in sizes above EU46 are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Due to the customization involved, these shoes are specifically tailored to individual preferences and may not be suitable for resale.
We strive to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products tailored to their unique needs, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom shoes in larger sizes.
International Returns
International returns must be covered by the customer. ( because it is not our fault, we ship accordingly to the orders what you put on our website )

2, Please put packages value under $50 !
